Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to accept any order in whole or in part.
Order Cancellation (Custom Printed / Custom Made))
After you have approved the print-proof for your bags any cancellation/amendment will incur a 30% fee based on your order total.
Disposal
Custom Print / Custom Made stock shall be disposed of at our discretion.
Payment Terms
All Warehouse Stock orders require pre-payment
Factory Direct Orders require 50% pre-payment, then the balance paid prior to dispatch.
Payment Options
We accept Direct Deposit, Cheque, Mastercard, Visa Card or American Express.
Title to Products
Ownership does not pass to you until the invoice has been paid in full.
Manufacture
We make every effort to ensure your products are manufactured accurately and leave the factory on (or before) the shipping dates agreed.
Images and Likeness
Reproduction of any content is completed with the explicit understanding that you are responsible for Copyright of any images (or download links) sent to us and by sending these details you are declaring that you have permission to do so.
Shipping
We deliver each order by the most ecological and economical method available.
We will make every effort to ensure your products are manufactured accurately and leave the factory on (or before) the shipping dates agreed, however we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or delayed in transit by common carrier, official processes (ie. Customs search), Act of God or any other circumstances beyond our control.
We will arrange shipping using our suppliers and will invoice you at published rate from those suppliers. If you want to use your own shipping methods, please Contact Us to make appropriate arrangements.
Delivery
We will always make delivery arrangements with you before goods are despatched, and may charge an additional fee if you change those arrangements.
Should delivery not be possible or be refused/rejected for whatever reason, we may charge you for storage and re-delivery. These fees will be invoiced at the same rate they are charged to us.
Returns
Any products that have manufacturing defects may be returned to us within 21 days of receipt. Products with defects will be exchanged with like-for-like products without delay. We will reimburse all delivery fees for defective stock.
We will not accept any products that have been damaged after delivery.
Returns will be accepted for unwanted products. After return to our warehouse and subsequent inspection we will refund your order total in full less a 25% handling and restocking fee.
Delivery to our warehouse shall be at your cost.
Returns of Customer Specific Stock
When we make products specifically for you, you must pay for and receive all stock as agreed. If not, we may dispose of the products as we wish, without liability for any loss or damage caused to you as a result. We are not responsible for any claims, loss, or expenses from any actual or alleged infringement of intellectual property rights or other material that we use to make your products.
Liability
Except to the extent the law provides, we are not liable for any loss or damage which may be incurred (directly or indirectly) in respect of the products.
Conflicts
These terms and conditions will apply to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions contained in your order.
Tax
We may recover any local taxes (GST, VAT, etc) to be paid by supplying you these products.
